This is my favourite dairy free milk; it’s thick, creamy, delicious and full of healthy fats!
1 cup cashew nut pieces
3 cups water
2 tsp vanilla extract or chopped vanilla bean
2-4 pitted medjool dates
1 can organic coconut milk
Blend all ingredients on high for 1-3 minutes.
