My Favourite Dairy Free Gluten Free Breakfast

 

This is a great, filling breakfast; the chia seeds are full of healthy omega 3 fats and will expand in your stomach giving you the sensation of fullness. Hemp hearts are also full of omega 3’s and are a good source of protein. This breakfast will keep you full and your blood sugar balanced.

Ingredients

1 cup cashew coconut milk (recipe on this website), or any other nut milk

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tbsp dried goji berries

1 sliced banana

Handful blueberries, or other berries and any chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix cashew coconut milk with chia seeds, hemp hearts, and goji berries, let it set for at least 10 minutes as chia seeds will thicken up the milk changing it into a porridge like consistency. Top with sliced bananas, berries and chopped nuts
